Guide for Blood Flow Restriction Training:

  • Consult with a professional before using
  • Wear on upper arms or upper legs
  • Should be tight but not too tight: On a scale from 1 to 10, the optimal tightness is approximately 7 for legs and a 6 for arms
  • Lift approximately 50% the weight of your normal use
  • Do not wrap for more than 4 sets or 10 minutes You should not feel light-headed, otherwise remove immediately and loosen the bands while training.
